Product description
The linear vibrating screen is a highly efficient and versatile industrial screening device. Its name comes from the linear jumping movement trajectory of materials on the screen surface. This equipment is renowned for its large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, and sturdy and durable structure. It can be equipped with multiple layers of screens to simultaneously grade materials. Due to its low energy consumption, low noise, and ease of maintenance and sealing, it is widely used in various industries such as chemical engineering, food, metallurgy, and building materials for precise grading, impurity removal, or dehydration of granular and powdered materials.
Working principle
The working principle of the linear vibrating screen is based on the excitation force generated by the vibrating motor. The screen machine is usually equipped with two vibrating motors of the same model. When they rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the excitation forces produced by the motors cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor shaft, but superimpose in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft to form a powerful resultant force. It is this single, directionally determined excitation force that forces the screen box and the screen surface to produce a directional reciprocating linear vibration.
Under the action of this vibration, the materials on the screen surface are continuously thrown up and move forward. Particles smaller than the aperture of the screen holes pass through the holes during this process and become undersize products, while materials larger than the screen hole diameter continue to move forward along the screen surface and are eventually discharged from the discharge port, thus achieving precise screening and classification of materials. The inclination angle of the vibration trajectory can usually be adjusted by changing the installation angle of the vibration motor to optimize the processing efficiency for different materials.
